“I’ve been in the construction industry for nearly 30 years. We do a lot of small batch mixing here in Florida and I recently came across an innovative product called ‘Bucket Brackets.’ This is a terrific innovation where the buckets do not spin when mixing. They attach right to the side of the buckets, you stand on the brackets, and you can mix all day long without having the bucket tip over, or having workers stand on the bucket to prevent it from spilling. They are a terrific innovation and I think if you tried them you will feel the way I do. They are terrific to use!” – Norm Chapkis, Regional Sales Manager, SpecChem

Bucket Brackets™ easily stabilize mixing pails making a safer environment for all workers. Watch how Bucket Brackets™ work: https://youtu.be/6i9-fAh1LcQ Now is the time to be a step ahead of upcoming regulations by offering customers and workers a safer and easier way to do small batch mixing. OSHA Crystalline Silica Rule Will Affect Millions of Construction Workers

By |2020-09-11T10:11:57+00:00October 2nd, 2017|Construction Safety|Comments Off on OSHA Crystalline Silica Rule Will Affect Millions of Construction Workers

Osha's new ruling concerning dust emitted during the small batch mixing process is being implemented this month. The primary concern is the prevention of silicosis in workers. You will see a number of new products to address this issue. They are hoods and bonnets that cover the mixing vessel, usually a five gallon pail, attached to a vacuum to collect the dust. Watch a video from the U.S. Department of Labor showcasing laborers, construction veterans and their families that have been affected by silicosis. #StopSilicosis We feel that this is the first new rule OSHA has produced regarding small batch mixing. The next obvious regulation will be the stability and safety of the person doing the mixing. No more one or two feet on the pail. No second laborer kneeling next to the pail holding it in place and no more trying to hold the pail between the person's mixing feet. All of these methods are unsafe and inefficient. B3 Innovations has patented products that can improve safety and efficiency for small batch mixing: Bucket Brackets™, Bucket Brackets™ II, and the Bucket Scraper™ eliminate wobbling, spinning buckets and early back fatigue. Any company or contractor doing small batch mixing will benefit by using the brackets and scraper. They are an essential add on sale for every customer doing small batch mixing. Bucket Scraper™ Press Release

By |2020-09-11T10:12:15+00:00February 16th, 2016|Press Releases|Comments Off on Bucket Scraper™ Press Release

B3 Innovations, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of the Bucket Scraper™ to their line of products. The Bucket Scraper™ is used to remove material build up on the sides of the pail during the mixing process. It eliminates the need to constantly bend over to scrape the pail with a hand towel and prevents back pain and fatigue. The scraper head has been shaped to conform with the side of five gallon pails, so it stays in full contact with the pail, making the scraping process quicker and more efficient. The scraper has a 30" long, easy grip handle, with a 5" high by 7" wide curved scraping blade. The entire scraper is coated with a stick resistant Teflon paint to make cleanup quick and easy. It is made with heavy gauge American steel in the USA. The scraper weighs less than 3 lbs, but is very durable for prolonged use. For more information on how to order, click here.
